Payment Methods

We accept Credit and Debit Cards for all orders. Your payment is secure and processed safely during checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing takes place Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays.

Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options & Transit Time 

We offer two shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 6–11 business days (Processing + Transit)
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (Processing + Transit)

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping is $9.05, and free standard shipping is available on orders above $100.
  • Express Shipping: $14.99

All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Discounts & Coupons

Yes! Cleo’s Shop occasionally offers special discounts and coupon codes.

How to use a coupon:

  • Enter the code in the “Promo Code” or “Discount Code” box during checkout.
  • Discounts are automatically applied if your order meets the offer requirements (for example, first-time purchase or orders over $150).
